These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MiClean iOS application ("App," "MiClean," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using MiClean, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MiClean, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MiClean.
If you are using MiClean on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use MiClean on your personal iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
3. User Responsibilities
When using MiClean, you agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Maintain the security of your device and any account credentials
Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content through the App
4. AI-Generated Content
MiClean uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate cleaning task suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- •AI-generated task lists are suggestions only and may not be accurate or complete
- •You are solely responsible for verifying the appropriateness and safety of any suggested tasks
- •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
- •You use AI-generated suggestions at your own risk
5. Intellectual Property
MiClean and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or its content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to the App or your device
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Any property damage or personal injury resulting from your use of the App
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MiClean and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Third-Party Services
MiClean uses third-party AI services to analyze photos and generate cleaning tasks. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions, which we encourage you to review.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services, and we disclaim all liability for any harm or damage arising from your use of such services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete the App from all of your devices.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MiClean regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
