Terms of Use

By accessing or using MiClean, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using MiClean on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use MiClean on your personal iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

When using MiClean, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Maintain the security of your device and any account credentials
• Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

MiClean uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate cleaning task suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated task lists are suggestions only and may not be accurate or complete
• You are solely responsible for verifying the appropriateness and safety of any suggested tasks
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You use AI-generated suggestions at your own risk

MiClean and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or its content.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to the App or your device
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any property damage or personal injury resulting from your use of the App

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MiClean and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

MiClean uses third-party AI services to analyze photos and generate cleaning tasks. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will be revised, material changes will be communicated through the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MiClean regarding your use of the App.
